If your 5 ans 65 are near each other, you can get a splitter and do both pressurized.

The coralife mini T5s are rubbish. How much money are you willing to spend and how much light do you want?

I would like enough light to comfortably grow a carpet of HC
 
A Catalina Fixture might be your best bet. The 14" should fit on a 16" tank with legs on it, but you would have to check with the folks there (they're really responsive to their customers.
 
do they ship to Canada? i don't think i would want to pay more for shipping and duties then the fixture is actually worth...
