Is this Pygmy chain sword? I just got it from petco and I don't want it to be mondo grass or something non-aquatic.

Yeah, looks like mondo grass to me.

It's one, or both, of the things you don't want it to be.

Is it possible its emersed growth? I can't find a pic of emersed chain sword or a pic of submerged mondo grass. I can see in the root system where it was a runner and cut off. Not trying to disagree just trying to get more info.

Nevermind. I just found a video on YouTube of mondo grass being split up. It looks a lot like it.
