anything special i shuold know about it? seems slow to fill in compared to growth i am getting on other plants.

Glosso, like most ground covers, requires lots of light and good CO2 and Nutrient levels. If you tank is providing all of these and the plant is still fairly new, it may still be settling in. Once established it should spread like mad if given the right growing conditions.
