I could be wrong but that looks very much like Alternanthera ficoidea, often sold as Green Hedge plant.
If I’m right, unlike some other alternantheras, it’s not a true aquatic and will not last too long underwater. It’ll hang in for a few months but eventually it has to be taken out and grown emersed again or it will die.
It makes a much better terrarium plant than aquarium plant.
