Plants still not thriving

I'm really considering getting some off those led flood lights though later how much watts of those would I need for the hairgrass. I'd definitely need pressurized I think

So my tank currently has all the bulbs as 6500k someone mentioned adding different color temp? If what I understand plants use red and blue light would it be good if I used some different temp on one of the fixtures. Would I still get as light penetration as blue light travels farther. Which light combo looks best for fish?

It's unneeded. Stil with 10000k and under
