Quarantining plants for snails?

If all I have is nerite snails in my tank do I still need to quarantine my plants? Can I just rinse them well with tap water and wait to get fish for a couple of weeks? Thanks!

I think it would depend. I swear I've had ich come in with plant water and would think that is the main problem you might get (apart from pond snails). At a decent temp QT for a few weeks should sort it out. Or you could do a plant dip but over to others there.

I have side with Delapool. I believe I have had a bout of ich due to introducing plants directly from the store.
