Should I put more plants in my 60gallon tank?

Thanks this was taking just after trimming the rotala at the back us normally a lot taller,

I like baby tears as a carpet form, do you use c02?

I have 4 dwarf rainbows, 1 boesmani rainbow, 3 siamise algae eaters, 2 German blue rams and 1 bristlenose pleco, you?

30 cardinal tetra
10 endlers
2 bettas
2clown loaches
2 panada corys
5 flying fox
11 kuhli loaches

I had them for 5 months
Im planning on getting a big school of celestial pearl danio
