Stocking 75 gal planted tank

Ok let's see, I have a 75gal tall planted tank. My ideal and original stocking is listed below but would like to know if I'm over stocking before I add any more.

Ideal Stock
12 black neon tetras
12 rummy nose tetras
5 sterbai Cory cats
4 blue german rams

current Stock
3 discus
12 black neon tetras
2 sterbai Cory cats (def getting 5 cory cats)
4 gbr
