I have introduced tetra into my 6 week old new tank setup.

They are all doing quite well but I noticed one with a bent spine and white lumps on its body.

What kind of disease would this be and besides removing this poor guy do I need to do anything to the rest of my tank to stop a potential spread?

Thanks.IMG_0395.jpg

Looks like neon tetra disease
Highly contagious. Remove and euthanize. Then do several partial water changes.
