3rd Month Update!!!

First off, thank you to everyone that posted in this thread :)

3rd Month Update!!!

I think this has been an interesting development so far. Having a Wabi Kusa (or a good attempt at it) should be done when you can exercise a great deal of patients. This can easily be accomplished if you have other tanks to distract you and this is just another 'planted' something percolating on the back-burner.

Anyways... here are a series of photos marking the 3rd month of growth. I included some close-ups of the Baby Tears. They are sprouting little flowers!!! :) So subtle and minute, but very cool nonetheless.

The one thing that I would critque myself about on this one, is that I think the Wabi could have benefited from some broad leafed green plants around the base of the Ludwigia sp. Red. Something like Staurogyne Repens.

Any comments appreciated! Happy planting! :)

That's awesome Brian! It's looking lush and healthy. I still have mine but not nearly as nice.

Thanks, pittbully.. You should post some photos of your project in the Wabi thread linked above (by Autumnsky).

Yeah, I was looking for a good pic but I don't have a current shot. I've subbed to Autumnsky's wabi thread and hopefully tomorrow show my stuff...lol
