what is a good Sealer to put rocks together inside the tank?

what sort of filter are you using? it sounds like you don't have much circulation. food gets pulled around and down on my tanks within a few minutes.

kaz, I really don't know what kind of help you want. Could you be a little more specific?

ok I'm looking to get a bit educated with plants, dosing if needed balance with plants and fish, reading/testing the waters what does it all mean and what will come become of those readings or do for the plants and fish. for example when testing kh etc do you count the first drop or drops to get the starting color? or just the drops after you got the starting color and archive the end color? I did a reading last night and this what came out:

PH 7.4
