Crypts, anubias, mosses, java ferns to name a few.
It's not the plants that drive the need for CO2 injection, but rather the amount of light over the aquarium. As long as you stick to medium light or less you won't have to inject CO2. I'd recommend taking a look at the plants listed on PlantGeek listed under Medium Light and less.
