What do golden apple snails eat?

I feed mine algae wafers, shrimp pellets, flake food and what ever else the fish have. They also eat decaying plants and mine eat healthy ones too!

That depends on the exact species. If you are refering to the ones called mystery snails, they eat everything. A little algae, fallen flakes, pellets, decaying plants, dead fish, and sometimes even poop. Some apple snails (sorry that the latin names are escaping me right now) will eat live plants. But, all the ones I have seen in petstores have just been the mystery snail variety that leave live plants alone.

Lol, they are called apple snails because of their size/shape. But, they do eat veggies/fruit you put into the tank.
