Help with ammonia source.

Hi to all, new on here... I have just purchased some kleen off ammonia from eBay that said it was safe for fish tank cycling. The only ingredient is ammonium hydroxide. Now when I shake it, I get bubbles, they last around a min or so. So use it or not? .. Because the only ingredient is ammonium hydroxide? ... Or don't use it cos it bubbles? sorry if posted in wrong area, using tapatalk for first time.

As far as I can tell it is just ammonia no additives. I've read about other people using it without any problems so it should be fine
