Official Fish Identification Thread!

I thought it would be a good idea to start a fish ID thread for people (like me at the moment) to come and ask about what species their fish is if they don't know for sure. So, I'll start:

Is this a pigmy Cory? That's what the label on the tank at the LFS said earlier. But I think it looks more like a peppered Corydoras. Help?!

Most definitely a Peppered Cory. Corydoras Pygmaeus is a light grey with a solid black lateral line. I like this thread
