That's usually a sign of incompatible tank mates. If you let us know what you have in the tank, maybe we can help so you stop having issues (y)

You have multiple red devils in a tank? Those are pretty territorial.

How many do you have and how large is the tank?

You can't keep Red Devils in a 30g tank. You certainly can't keep 11 of them.

You could probably keep a pair of them in a 6ft tank depending on their temperament.

This just started since I was treating the tank for ich

It is possible that something you did during treatment triggered the aggression but it was bound to happen anyway.

Red Devils grow to be over a foot long and are probably one of the top 10 most aggressive aquarium fish.

How big are they now?

It's now 9 two died

It will soon be only 1.

Listen, often people try to do things that some of us think won't work but through luck or experience it ends up working out. I want to assure you that keeping 9 Red Devils in a 30g tank is not one of those things.

I am not trying to be a jerk or anything but there is just no possible way that will work out. Even one RD is too much for a 30g tank.

Do you have pictures of them? How big are they now?

If they are all looking bad then I would also test for ammonia/nitrites. Your tank is cycled, correct?
