Yes I was pricing all the stuff u suggested and I was looking at the plants and I saw it kinda looks like a amazon sword but the leafs have a white border

It's a dracaena plant, not fully aquatic.

No, it doesn't need much light, but it does need to be kept at least partially above water.

You could submerge it, but it will eventually die off after a few weeks/months time.
