Severum ID?

The Severum naming seems a little confusing... There's red heads, red shoulders, orange (which look red to me) shoulders, etc. So... What is this guy?

He came with his torn fin and those are air bubbles on the back of him, not ich.

It's a rotkeil, red head and red shoulder are common names for the same fish.
