Algae

Does anyone know why I'm getting this algae?

It's a 30g fowlr with 2 ocellaris clowns and 2 chromis.

Is it brown hair algae??

It could be diatoms, Cyanobacteria, or the beginnings of hair algae. It's hard to tell from your picture. How old is your tank? New tanks pretty much always go through a diatom phase that burns itself out after a couple weeks. If it's an older tank, I'd check nitrates and phosphates both in the tank and in the source water.
