Clownfish Fighting?

I have had a 'True Percula Clownfish' for a month or so now, and have added another one today. The original one has always been shy and hid at the top, even at feeding times. The new one is dead set in the middle, except to antagonize the original one. The original one gets upset and fights back, then they both do it.

Is this just a dominance thing? Will they both get over it or will they fight til one is gone?

Yeah they are going to fight until they establish dominance. It's anyone's guess if they will sort it out before one dies. You could try using a clear acrylic breeder box. Put one in it and let them go till they get along
