Coral Inserts

Anyone using synthetic corals out there? There are many vendors that seem to make nice pieces. I know public aquariums use them quite a bit. In understand algae build up on the and they require cleaning is one downside and the other probably is that people kids don't want something fake.

You should check out LAFishguy on YouTube.

He's an aquarium servicer who uses a lot of white coral inserts.

He's not a fan of the coloured ones because they fade after cleaning, not really a surprise since he bleaches them to keep em clean.
