I have a 98 gallon tank with a koran angel, niger trigger, 2 yellow tail damsels and 2 blue damsels. I have not been able to locate one of the blue damsels in 2 days. My clean up crew is some snails, 2 serpant star fish, a brittle star fish, and some hermit crabs. I have checked the water...
0 ammonia
10 nitrate
0 nitrite
8.0 ph
I was thinking if the fish had died the ammonia would have spiked but it has not. Could the cleanup crew have eaten the fish? I have looked in the filters and the overflow. I am not sure if I should remove the rock and look for it or just leave it alone.
I also have some aiptasia and I want to add a peppermint shrimp. Would it be okay with these tank mates?
Thanks for any help.
