That is the powerhead I will be getting, well 2 of them actually. For the people who use gallons; I have a 75gal=300litre tank. 12000lph= 3200gph.

Is that too much flow for a 75gal?? I mean 80x flow must be pretty rough. Plus they only cost 16bucks so it's a MASSIVE BARGAIN!

If this is too much flow, how much is the optimum flow for a 75 FOWLR?

Thanks in advance!(y)

That's fine its only a lil over 40x

Edit* oh wait, each is 3200? If so that's really pushing it u.less they are on controllers

I thought so. I might try and find a deal with two separate 1600gph powerheads. So that should be fine, right? Thanks

Ya you could go up to 60x with some good positioning but 80x is quite a bit lol

If you were doing it with maybe 6 or 8 smaller powerheads, 80x would be doable.... you can move individual PH's around as needed, but 80x with two massive PH's...... you'll turn that tank into a whirlpool.
