Will doing a set of water tests straight after a 20% water change be accurate, or is it best to wait for say like 24 hours?

If testing right after a water change your tests will give you accurate results to the parameters post water change. Usually I will test my water prior to the water change. You could at some point do a test before and after a water change then you will know how a WC affects your parameter. That's how I do it but other people do it different I'm sure.

Yeah just wanted to make sure that the nitrate test results were accurate
