What is this?

I have aiptasia growing everywhere, but I want to know what these egg things are. I have snails and hermit crabs, could it be an eggs? Any help would be great. Thanks

I would say bubble algae too, be careful if you pick them off the spores can cause them to multiply

Is it best to leave them alone? Or should I try and get rid of these? Ie, is it bad algae?

It won't hurt I don't think. You can remove it and the spores are pretty tough but if you break one it will spread all over. I removed mine.

Thanks everyone. I have seen them numerous times at Aquariums, pet stores, etc. But never really knew what they were and paid it no mind.
