I just had ich out break in the past 24hrs and now my panther grouper in acting strange but he isnt affected by the out break. What would be the quickest way to get this treatment started till i can get some ich-attack?

Lots will tell you consider hypo salinity. Thought of that? I don't have any first hand knowledge of Ick Attack. Guess you'd have to see how the eel would react to either the meds or the stuff you're considering.
