Please go to "fresh water getting started" in the forums and read the "fishless cycling for dummies" thread. After your tank is properly cycled and you have all the proper equipment you need, by all means, get yourself some lovely Angel Fish.
Just remember they are in the cichlid family, semi-aggessive so be careful what if any tankmates you get them.
