I picked up these two pieces of equipment along with something that looks a mini overflow box with a built in pump and jets on the side. Anyone know how the small overflow box works? I have to read up on the refractor. I'm not sure it's calibrated, guess I need to read up on it!

Are you talking about the Phosban reactor? How that works is you put the pump in the water, hook it up to the intake at the top of the reactor (the one that's connected to the long tube that goes to the bottom) and the other hose is the output, that also connects to the top of the reactor and that line goes back into your tank.
 
Thanks no. I already have one Phosban this will be my second. One for purigen and now one to remove po and silicates.
