Another refuge lighting question

Sorry to ask another one
I will have a 15H tank for my refugium with chaeto. The main goal is to get rid of nitrates and stabalize O2 and pH. Will the Coralife mini-aqualight with 18 watts cf light be enough to accomplish my goals?
