Aquatop heater emergency?!

My aquatop heater is showing the temp it's supposed to be and EE and the water is freezing. Is my heater done for good or is there any kind of reset? I can't find anything online. . .

Is the light going on? I thought there was a Reset button on mine on the Top

It flashes for a second then shows EE. I have someone from Aquatop on the line now.
