Aqueon LED Not Working?!?

I recently purchased a 20 gallon from someone and they had a 24 inch aqueon LED module light. Tried plugging it in but nadda... any tips/tricks to see if it actually works before forking out money for new LED bulbs

Do you have a volt meter? How many volts DC does the power brick output?

use the volt meter to determine if the power supply is dead. (you can find a replacement most likely pretty easily
