DI canister isn't filling up with water. Need Help!!

I just installed an RO/DI unit in my garage and all the canisters filled up but the DI one, only about an inch of water is staying in the filter all valves are open except the flush one is closed. No water is coming out of the OUT side of the DI just some drips
