fish eating bubbles

got a bubbler and fish are eating the bubbles - is it going to hurt them or does it mean something? thanks (goldfish)

My African cichlids are fascinated by mine. They some times line up and take turns swimming threw it. They swim down, let the bubbles help them float up, repeat. It shouldn't be a problem. If you notice any unhealthy behavior you can always turn it off. But it should be nothing to worry about.
