I'm seriously thinking of saving up for a octupus skimmer 
I have the coralife super skimmer 65
Anyway, after doing a PWC ( had skimmer off at the time) and turning it back on after, it isn't making skimmate ( producing big bubbles to make skimmate) anymore. I've adjusted the microbubbles to be just on the very bottom of the collecting cone nd it just sits there.. bubbling.. doesnt make skimmate.
It usually starts soon after turning it back on. I've tried taking the whole thing apart and cleaning it - still no luck. I got it used a year ago and it always seems cleaning it helped. The bubble diffuser had a old foam filter pad in it. I replaced that - making it the same shape / height as the one before. I dont know why its not working.. im stumped!!
my water level is the same as it always is..
