Received Tronic Heater need help with it. :)

Hi,

I received a used 25W Tronic Heater and it did not come with instructions. I have no experience with this heater. Is it like old heaters? Where you place the heater in the tank, plug it in, and set it to the temperature. After an hour, unplug the heater, wait awhile, then replug to see if it hits the desired temperature and does not fluctuate greatly? Any help is appreciated.

That is the best way to test the functionality of any used heater.
