SEIO Super Flow 620

Hello. I am looking to get two of these, for my 55G, but I think that may be too much flow for my FOWLR. I love the design and bought three (820s) for my new 125G (which I am STILL waiting on the stand....sigh).
The flow will be:
620x2/55=22.55
You think this might be overkill?

I just bought the 1100 today. I`ve never had any pH`s in my 125 as my returns are powerful enough. Bought the seio 1100 hopeing to add more flow to the corners . I just hope it aint too much.

Yeah, I went with three of them. I really love the design, how they have "dispersed" water flow. I, of course have already taken one apart, to see what it looks like inside, and they look like they are well designed!
