My nee build will reside in our basement which has a floating laminate floor. Thinking about stability to prevent leaks from floor flexing, Should I have any concerns?

if the floor was framed right you shouldn't have a problem with bowing,
I have a similar style floor in my living room but I don't have joists resting on concrete like you , I have a 10ft void to my basement if my floor can hold a 90g , 40g , 37g , 20g . and a 10g , you should be fine

It's a laminate floor free floating on concrete?? I'd set the stand up, have a friend or two sit on it and check the level then. Shim accordingly.
