I have a 55 gallon salty that I am going to condense into a 29 and turn the 55 into a fresh tank. My 55 has an emperor 400 filter and a seaclone 200 prot skim. I also would like to use a seio pump because of the high flow with low push that they could pput out. But this would bring my flow to about 1000 gph. Is this too much or is the more flow the better even in a small tank like this.

TIA

also want to use the same lights 220 watts of pc is it to muuch light as well at over 7 wpg.

Not too much light. If the flow doesn't bother your inhabitants it will be fine. More is better but only if it's not directed at something that likes low flow.
