I have a 72 gal. tank and I am getting two 750gph korallias powerheads. Should I put them on a wave maker or not? If so are there any that aren't very expensive?

Use some cheap timers and just reverse the flow once or twice a day. Works awesome for me.

eventually the koralia will burn up. Unless they are made for a wave maker.

They are the Koralia Evolution Pumps. They are made for wave makers. You can get a 750 gph for $45 on the net.

Im runing two 750's on a wave maker (90g) it was $55 from Foster and Smith item # BAK 32997 My coral love it. My clown swims back and forth between the two Never seen them burn up but have seen them run backwards :nono:
