What is a "Commercial egg tumbler"

I keep reading that I should strip the eggs from my electric yellow lab after a few days and put them in a "commercial egg tumbler". Where do you get such a thing? I don't see it on any of my online aquarium supply sites.

Also, whats the best way to 'strip' the eggs?
