So basicly I wanted to built a wet/dry sump system for my 29g but i didn't wanna but an expensive over flor nor did I want to make a cheap looking pvc setup so I came up with this. Its your standand 1in clear tubing on an undergravel filter. I attached the two tubes at the bottom and stuck on a U-pipe which attaches to the ugly pvc on the back side. It works great but being a top skimmer its GPH isn't quite enough so I added a second bottom feed siphon to the left there. All I did with it was attatch a hose to it and run a loop below the water line and back up into the pvc overflow. But I need help arranging them. I think I'm going to but the bottom feed on the left side with the top skimmer on the right and the return in the middle slightly pointing upwards creating a circular flow. Does that sound alright? I'm a total begginner but really REALLY getting into it so sorry if I sound like an idiot here lol
