Lighting for my tank

I currently us a Floramax T8 bulb meant for my live plants. It has been 3 months and I have noticed the bulb is not putting out as much light as before. I run it for about 15 hours a day. What is the hour life of one of these bulbs? Will it still do the job not admitting as much light?

First of all, 15 hours a day 0is too much for lighting. 12 hours is considered the maximum for lighting. 8-10 hours is ideal.
About the light not putting out as much, i cant really help you due to my lack of experience in fluorescents.
