Added some rock from a nearby lake and I'm using play sand as the substrate

There is still the possibility that they'd tear those to bits. I've seen Anubias made to nothing over a week.

I had both, as well as Val, in my old African tank. Just a suggestion I liked to trial and error and find what mine got along with and what they didnt

Nice tank. Would love to get 150g for my Mbuna's but for now they are stuck in a 55. Searching craigslist everyday for that good deal on a 90 or 120g
