I think the males have thicker anal fins but im not completely sure.

He's about the same size as my Bichir. I also have a ropefish bichir in there with him and they get along pretty good. The ropefish actually feels more secure with the senegal around, and comes out a lot more often then he used to.

Cool. Mine is super active and loves to swim up and down against the glass. He even swims in between my fingers when i put my hand in there!

Yeah it's really cool. I thought an eel would be shy, no way! My senegal is usually always darting around the tank having fun.
