i just hope they can be friends!

You shouldnt have cichlids with other fish

How big is this tank? If that is a pearl arowana that you are going to be getting, none of the other fish will probably survive except for any larger cichlids. Also, the arowana is only suitable for very large tanks.

nope they are not. they have their own tank a 5g tank, and they get along so far...

i have 4, they are the first one to own the 50g for 3 weeks, and they munch so much i think my niece over feed them sometimes... 

huh why not? i asked the lfs if i can mixed them with other fishes that i wanted and he thinks it will be okay, and for pearl aro he might fit in with the gang coz he only measures about 4 inch and when he reach more than that i have another tank just for him

50g for now with all the gangs... and when my pearl aro gets bigger im going to put him in our bath tub  joke joke joke nah he will have his own tank and i am prepared with it, it will be bigger than 100g for sure

i have test kits for them and my ammonia reads zero

Why no decor? You need some places for those fish to hide. Your pleco prolly died because they need driftwood #1 and #2 they need some place to hide. You need some plants (fake or live), some decor of some kind... sorry just IMO!
