used 30 gallon for 20 bucks?

I I was at my local pet store and I seen a 30 gallon tank for 20 bucks is this a good deal?

IMO, definitely! I'd ask the store if there are any leaks, and if not, I'd say that's a great deal.

+1! I've seen new 10 gallons for $13-25, so a 30 for $20 would be a great find. Definitely ask about leaks. If they say they don't know ask if they wouldn't mind filling it for you before you buy it. It is a fish store after all. I know they have water there and a means to empty it.
