How long so u have to wajt to pit lr in ur sw tank

I'm setting up my sw tank and I would like to know how long u have to wait to put rock in.

If your going with a fishless cycle just put it in and it will kick start your cycle. If your doing fish in cycle which isn't good . Make a makeshift tank out of a plastic tote with a power head and wait untill the ammonia stops leeching out.
