like everyone is saying just give them time, also i wouldnt add any more rams unless the tank is big cause when a pair is formed the others become "intruders" IME they are more likely to be killed along with anything elce thats silly enough to go near the eggs or are smaller then the rams
 
Thank you guys! About an hour ago they both started cleaning and digging in the gravel. Their so cute! They let each other take turns digging and cleaning it up. Will try to post pics.

Well they just laid eggs! How do I know if their fertilized or not?
