They are livebearers. If you have a male and a female they will breed. You should get at least two females per male so the males don't stress a single female to death by chasing her down to breed constantly. You don't have to do anything special to breed them, although be sure to have hiding places for the fry if you want them to survive, or move them to their own grow out tank after they are born.
 
Very easy. Make sure to have at least 3 females for every male. Feed well. Remove the male before babies are born. She will have 2 or 3 fry after being fertilized once.
 
2, 3, 4..... More females the better ;-)

I think that also applies to humans
 
If you don't ant to have to keep another tank for the male you can get a divider and put him on one side and the females on the other wih lots of plant life ( y java moss wall suits fry well) don't worry about color differences if you get a idnight mollie male and a few marble mollie females it will be like a new surprise every time you might notice simmaler dots on the fry still different though
