Any ideas? Got to be either Neon Tetra or pond snail.

It's most provably pond snails'. It's rare for neon tetra to breed in captive without any input from the owner

Excellent. More live food for the ever expanding army of Assassins (which seem to reproduce quicker than pond snails haha)
